road.

Twin Throttle Co. LLC — Mesa, Arizona. Effective May 21, 2026. These policies apply to all purchases through twinthrottleco.com and in-person transactions, and comply with Arizona consumer protection laws under A.R.S. Title 44.

Policy 1

Return & Exchange Policy

Arizona law does not require retailers to accept returns unless an item is defective. Twin Throttle Co. maintains a customer-first policy as outlined below.

Standard Return Window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (or purchase date in-person) when:

  • Item is in original, unused condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • Item is in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Item is not listed as final sale or non-returnable below

Refund Method

  • Online orders: refund to original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt
  • In-person: refund to original payment method or store credit at customer's choice
  • Shipping costs non-refundable unless return is due to our error or a defective item

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges accepted within 30 days subject to availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Helmets that have been worn, used on the road, or show any signs of impact — safety & liability
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page

Defective or Damaged Items

Contact ride@twinthrottleco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Use a trackable method — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email ride@twinthrottleco.com with your order number and reason
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days
  3. Ship to the address provided with the RA number on the package
  4. Refund or exchange processed within 5 business days of receipt

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days before shipment
  • Pre-order or backordered items: timeframe provided at checkout
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may not be processed until the next business day

Methods & Rates

  • Standard (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout by weight and destination
  • Expedited (2–3 business days): available at additional cost
  • Free shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States
  • In-person pickup in Mesa, AZ by appointment — email to arrange

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Twin Throttle Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery. For high-value orders, request signature confirmation at checkout. If a package shows delivered but is missing, contact your carrier first, then reach us at ride@twinthrottleco.com.

International Shipping

Not available at this time. We ship within the contiguous United States only during our initial launch phase.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

  • Personal info you provide: name, email, shipping address, phone, payment info (processed securely — we do not store full card data)
  • Automatic info: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site (via cookies and analytics)
  • Course registration: name, contact details, license info, emergency contact

How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill orders
  • Communicate about orders, returns, or course registration
  • Send marketing emails only with your consent — unsubscribe anytime
  • Improve our website and customer experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share only with:

  • Shipping carriers to fulfill your order
  • Payment processors to complete transactions
  • Email marketing platform for communications you've opted into
  • Legal authorities when required by law

Policy 4

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe products including sizing, materials, and colors. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If a product doesn't match its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Pricing

All prices in U.S. dollars. Prices subject to change without notice — the price charged is the price displayed at order completion. Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) is applied to orders shipped to Arizona addresses as required by A.R.S. Title 42.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting ride@twinthrottleco.com. After 1 hour, orders in processing cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our Return Policy.

Product Safety — Helmets

All helmets we sell meet DOT safety standards at minimum. Always verify a helmet's certification rating. We strongly recommend replacing any helmet involved in an impact, regardless of visible damage.

Limitation of Liability

Twin Throttle Co. LLC's liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Rider Education Policies

Course Registration & Payment

  • Full payment required to secure your spot
  • Registration not confirmed until payment received
  • Course fees are set by TEAM Arizona and subject to change

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 7+ days before course: full refund or transfer
  • 3–6 days before: 50% refund or transfer
  • Less than 72 hours: no refund, transfer available within 60 days
  • No-shows: no refund, no transfer
  • If we or TEAM Arizona cancel due to weather/other circumstances: full refund or transfer

Course Requirements

Students must meet all MSF and TEAM Arizona requirements including a valid driver's license, appropriate protective gear, and any age or physical requirements. Students who arrive unprepared may be turned away without refund.

Safety & Liability

Rider education involves inherent physical risk. Students sign a TEAM Arizona liability waiver before range exercises. Twin Throttle Co. LLC and its instructors are not liable for injuries that occur during course participation beyond what is covered by the TEAM Arizona program.
