How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from Mesa, Arizona within 2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page lists the brand's size chart. When in doubt, message us with your height, weight, and chest/waist measurements — we ride this gear ourselves and we'll point you to the right fit.

What if my helmet doesn't fit?

A helmet should be snug enough that your cheeks move when you smile, with no hot spots after 20 minutes. If it isn't right, we'll exchange it for another size — see our Returns policy for details.

Do you carry women's-specific gear?

Yes. Nickcole curates our women's fits personally — jackets, gloves, and boots cut for actual female riders, not just shrunk-down men's gear.

Can I exchange a helmet I've worn on the road?

Accepted Answer

Once a helmet has been ridden in, we can't resell it — so we can't accept it back. Try it on at home first, walk around, wear it for 20 minutes before you commit.

Who pays return shipping?

If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective, we cover it. For size swaps or change-of-mind, return shipping is on you.

Are you certified instructors?

Both founders are MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) RiderCoaches. Every course we run meets or exceeds the Arizona MVD requirements for license waiver.

Do I need my own bike to take the course?

No. Training bikes and helmets are provided. Bring long pants, over-the-ankle boots, a long-sleeved jacket, and full-fingered gloves.

Will the course waive my Arizona M-endorsement test?

Yes — completion of our Basic RiderCourse waives the MVD skills test. You'll still need to handle the written portion at MVD.
